High Tides' 8th Annual Chili Cook-Off. Cooks pay a $20 entry fee and turn in chili by 1 PM; the top three win cash prizes. Tasting begins at 2 PM ($5 tasting fee) and winners are announced at 3:30 PM. Live music by 60 Miles South, 2 to 6 PM.
