Take in Caledon State Park’s fall colors on Saturday November 14, 10 AM–noon, starting at the Visitor Center. The ranger program includes a wagon ride through the park and a short hike to admire the foliage and collect leaves, then a leaf-rubbing craft back at the Visitor Center. Bird migration begins this time of year, so you may catch a glimpse of passing birds or hear their calls. Dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes; bring binoculars or borrow a pair from a ranger. Registration is required: call (540) 663-3861 or stop by the Visitor Center. Program fee $8 per person or $20 per family, plus the $5 parking fee. Children are welcome.
